MPI CEC research article as 'Scientific Highlight'

Last April a group under the direction of Prof. Frank Neese and Serena DeBeer, in collaboration with other coworkers of the MPI CEC like Dr. Thomas Wyhermüller and Dr. Eckhard Bill, published a paper in the famous and renowned Journal 'Chemical Science'. To the original paper (Chem. Sci., 2014, 5, 3096-3103)

Now the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) declared the publication with the title „Identification of a spin-coupled Mo(III) in the nitrogenase iron–molybdenum cofactor“ as „one of the most exciting subjects“ and „Scientific Highlight“ within the field of „electronic structure and magnetism“.

The article has also been selected as the frontispiece/cover of the current ESRF Highlights.
