On the 3rd and 4th of July two young scientists, Dr. Joanna Jankowska and Dr. Roberto Di Remigio visited the MPI CEC after their stay at the 67. Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting.
The guests from the USC Los Angeles and the UIT Tromsoe spent two days in the department of molecular theory and spectroscopy (Prof. F. Neese) learning about the work in the department and the science at the MPI CEC.
The visit was organized in the framework of a new visitors program of the MPG that allows young scientists to spend time at an institute of their choice after visiting the Nobel Laureate Meeting. Besides intensive scientific discussions the guests also had time to socialize and to visit the city of Muelheim.
