The world's leading trade fair, ACHEMA, is the most important source of impetus for the international process industry. From August 22 to 26, manufacturers and service providers from over 50 countries will present products for chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, energy and the environment in Frankfurt am Main.
The Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion will also be there. Prof. Robert Schlögl, former Managing Director at MPI CEC, gave valuable insights into why the multi-talent hydrogen has great future potential in the process industry in a highlight session earlier this week.
Converting and storing renewable energy - this is what the Kopernikus project P2X (Power-to-X) is all about. Prof. Walter Leitner, Managing Director at MPI CEC, spoke on Tuesday about the research, validation and implementation of Power-to-X concepts. Projects from the BMBF's CO2-WIN funding measure, the Kopernikus P2X and SynErgie projects, and Carbon2Chem will be presented at booth B36 in Hall 6.0. The projects are working to advance the energy and raw materials turnaround.
In addition, the lead project TransHyDE will have a booth (Hall 6.0 Booth A36). The project evaluates and tests hydrogen transport solutions.
Visit us at ACHEMA - we look forward to seeing you!
