Leitner as Keynote speaker

Congress of the Organometallic Chemistry Group (GEQO)

Prof. Walter Leitner was invited as one of the plenary speakers to give a lecture at the <link http: www.geqo2018.com _blank external-link-new-window internal link in current>XXXVI Congress of the Organometallic Chemistry Group (GEQO) that is held from 5-7 September 2018 in Zaragoza, Spain. The GEQO congress is organized by the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry and aims to highly engage a discussion with a focus on organometallic chemistry and homogenous catalysis in the view of latest developments.

The plenary lecture of Prof. Leitner is additionally sponsored by <link https: www.wiley.com wileycda section id-817748.html _blank external-link-new-window internal link in current>ChemPubSoc Europe. In his talk entitled "Catalysis at the Interface of Energy and Chemistry - Is Manganese the better Ruthenium?" he will focus on the latest results of his research on the Mn-catalyzed hydrogenation of carbonates.
