A Workshop on "Crossroads in Electrochemistry 2015" took place from January 14th to 15th, 2015 in Berlin.
The MPI CEC invited for that purpose experts to discuss fundamental research and new concepts in the field of electrochemistry in the context of chemical energy conversion. The institute had the aim to gain a broad overview of the current efforts in this field.

National as well as international experts on the field of Electrochemistry presented their research. Motivated discussions were also part of the workshop and everybody focused on the challenges and future developments within this research field.
