Registration

  • The deadline for abstract submission for oral presentation (Talk) is 10.01.2025. Every later registration will count as a Poster.
  • The abstract can be submitted after the registration until the end of registration period.
  • All registration will close on (01.02.2025).
  • Early bird registration price for students, including PhDs until 30.11.2024 (abstract can be submitted later).
  • Registration fee needs to be on our account until 10.02.2025. Otherwise, the applicant can´t participate.
  • Cancellation policy: 50 % refund until 28.02.2025, NO refund after this date.
  • Abstract template and Terms of Conditions you can find on a Download page that is also sent to you in the confirmation email.
  • If you do not need an invoice, you can wire the registration fee directly. Otherwise, specify it in the comment section and add the VAT number (if applicable). More info in the confirmation email.
  • After payment, invoice generation is not possible.
